Tutor Hub Online is seeking a highly skilled IT Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of computer hardware and software issues, providing software solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer-related services to its users.
The Business requires the expertise of an IT engineer who can perform complex computer repairs and provide software solutions. With the increasing reliance on computers for work, education, and communication, our customers frequently seek assistance with a wide range of computer-related issues. This Technician will play a pivotal role in addressing these concerns and ensuring the seamless operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on various computer systems, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
• Provide technical support to customers, remotely, to resolve computer-related problems.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Maintain accurate records of computer repairs and services provided.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest computer hardware and software trends and technologies.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering computer-related components as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred or relevant experience.
• Proven experience in computer repair and software troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and software applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) a plus.
• International applicants will need to have and can obtain IELTS Band 4 or B1 English certification.
